How our virtual surveys work

• Arrange a date/time which is convenient for you.
• One of our plumbing & heating engineers will give you a call via Facetime, WhatsApp or Zoom.
• Using the camera on your mobile phone, iPad or tablet, you can show the engineer your
  central heating system allowing them to visualise the installation.
• During the call, our engineer will discuss your needs to ensure they are able to provide you with the most suitable fixed price quote.
